Around 2045hrs as the Rescue Squad was clearing a med local in the first due the rescue assignment for one reported trapped was put out for Ritchie Marlboro Rd / Penn Ave.  Chief 38 in the area arrived on scene to find 1 trapped and established command.  Once the Rescue Squad arrived on scene a door pop was performed to free the patient into awaiting EMS care.
