KNOW THE SIGNS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT STROKE
The weather forecast for the next week calls for high temperatures and humidity. If you have to be outside it is important to hydrate, use sun screen and cover exposed areas as much as possible, limit heat exposure or exertion (if possible) during the hottest parts of the day, and if you start feeling ill to seek shelter and cooler temperatures as soon as possible. Out door exercise should be in the early morning or later afternoon or early evening. Use the diagram below if you become ill, and call 911 if needed for heat emergencies, or anyone having any of the symptoms listed.
