The Marlboro VFD is now accepting sealed bids for Engine 202
Engine 202 designated as Engine 820 B in Prince Georges County is a 1989 Seagrave, it was purchased by the department in 1989 for 250K it is a single owner engine.
Features of the Engine
Detroit 6V92TA Diesel Engine, the motor recently had a bent push rod replaced, cylinders honed, new head gasket, and seals, all fluids changed.
Allison HT740 4 Speed Automatic Transmission
Waterous 1250 GPM Pump
GVW – 55,000 lbs.

Wheel Base 16′ 10″
Fire Department Radios, Computers, Equipment, and hose have all been removed
Emergency lighting, and sirens are still in place
The Prince Georges County Fire and EMS Department placed the unit out of service due to age. It currently is running, tagged and insured
BIDDING ON THE ENGINE
Sealed Bids will be accepted until December 1st, we are asking for a minimum bid of $12,500 (offers will be accepted) the engine is being sold “AS IS”. After December 1st all bids will be opened by the Board of Directors and the high bidder notified, payment will be expected on pick up. On sale completion tags will be removed and insurance removed.
