The entire Krakosky family has been part of the Marlboro VFD, father Mike Krakosky Sr. who passed in 2010 is a past Chief of the department, mother Bert Krakosky served with the Ladies Auxiliary for many years, Joey Krakosky has been part of the Marlboro VFD, and now serves as a career Firefighter / EMT assigned to the Marlboro VFD, and sister Tiffany Krakosky has many years of service with the Marlboro VFD also. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family, fellow firefighters, and friends of the Krakosky family.
Arrangements will be posted as they become available and at the families request.
Thoughts and prayers also go out to the family of founding member and past Ritchie VFD Chief Joe Ball, and to the fire department family and friends. Joe will be missed as his many years of service to the Ritchie VFD and all will be remembered.

“The Ritchie Volunteer Fire Department regrets to announce the passing of Founding member and first Fire Chief Joe Ball. Joe was the driving force behind the creation of the department and paved the way for what we have become today. He served as Fire Chief until 1982 and continued to be a mentor over the years since. Please keep his family friends along with the department in your thoughts.”
As information becomes available for services we will provide updates.
