LEITCH, ARTHUR E., SR. Of Waldorf, MD, formerly of Upper Marlboro, MD, on June 16, 2003. Husband of the late Thelma Louise Breeden Leitch; devoted father of Arthur E. Leitch, Jr. (Roswitha); devoted grandfather of Stephanie Anne Leitch and Erik Manfred Leitch; brother of the late Doris Turner.  A Fire Department service was held to recognize his many accomplishments, his life long dedication to the department as an officer and Treasurer.  Arthur Leitch was delivered to his final resting place at Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery.
