Charles J. Wyvill was an early member of the department in the 1930’s. There are very few records from this time frame but a search revealed he was born on February 13, 1904 and was laid to rest on May 8, 1972, with his final resting place at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Upper Marlboro, Md.
