Francis J Wilson was an early member of the department serving multiple ranks within the department and serving as Chief in 1928.  Records are scarce for this time frame, but a search revealed he was born on January 2, 1907 and was laid rest in November 3, 1991.  His final resting place is Mount Carmel Cemetery, Upper Marlboro, MD.
