Judge Charles Clagett Marbury was an early member of the department and worked diligently in 1936 on the incorporation of the department being listed as a corporation officer.  He also served as a State Appointed Judge to the State of Maryland.  Records for this time are scarce, but a search shows that he was born November 2, 1899 and was laid to rest on July 19, 1991.  His final resting spot is in Saint Thomas Episcopal Church Cemetery, Croom Maryland.Lai
