Michael Francis “Slick” Krakosky passed on January 2, 2010.  Michael better known to the members of the fire department as “Slick”, was a Past Assistant Chief, Vice President,  and serving as Assistant Treasurer, to the Marlboro Volunteer Fire Department where he was also a Life Member.  Michael was husband to Bert Krakosky, Father of Michael F. Krakosky, Jr., Joseph W. Krakosky a past member of the Marlboro VFD and current PGFD , & Tiffany R. Krakosky member of the Marlboro VFD; brother of Ann L. Court; uncle of Chloe.
