Robert L. Beaver is the son of Oliver H. Beaver & Dorthia I. (Marion) Beaver. Married to Margaret (Hayden) Beaver. They celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary on July 27,2012. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired as a supervisor at Western Electric where he worked for over 35 years. Along with his wife, he is survived by four children, Robert L. Beaver, Jr., Patricia L. Kyriss (Mark), Katherine A. Smith (Joseph), and Annette M. Beaver, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Robert served the Marlboro VFD in a variety of Line Officer positions and served as Chief 45 B from 1970 to 1973 and he was awarded Life Active Membership for his 15 years and dedicated service to the department.  The department was notified of his passing on December 25, 2012, and his final resting place is the Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery, in Cheltenham, Maryland.
