Wesley Rudolph Kerr

Founding Member, Past Chief

Wesley Rudolph Kerr was a founding member of the Marlboro Volunteer Fire Department, in the late 20’s early 1930’s he served as Assistant Chief, he was also police officer for the Town of Upper Marlboro also serving as Chief of Police until he retired.  Chief Kerr then worked for the maintenance department in the town of Marlboro until his death August, 1970.  He was laid to rest in the Trinity Episcopal Church Cemetery in Upper Marlboro.
